As Zylo’s Chief People Officer, Ellen is responsible for talent strategy and culture and is the executive sponsor of Zylo’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee. She has helped numerous high-growth companies adapt to change and scale organizationally by serving as a trusted member of and advisor to the executive team while building a strategic HR function. She has over 20 years of experience leading global human resources teams for corporations across the technology, financial, and energy sectors.
